Insurance & Payment
Insurance, Coverage Verification & Payment
APRM Solutions works with insurance, and the team knows that coverage questions are rarely simple. Eligibility depends on your plan, the service, and how it is coded. The practice helps you verify before you book so there are no surprises.
Carriers recently seen in the office
A few major plans, many individual realities
The carriers below represent plans the practice has worked with recently. What your specific plan covers for a specific service is a different question, and that is the question the team helps you answer.
Carrier names reflect information provided by the practice and are subject to verification before publication. Coverage depends on your individual plan and the specific service.
What to understand about coverage
- Accepting insurance is not the same as covering every service.
- Wellness IV therapy, NAD+ and most regenerative therapies are often not covered.
- Eligibility verification is not a guarantee of payment; your plan makes final decisions.
- Deductibles, co-pays and medical-necessity rules all affect out-of-pocket costs.
How to check whether a service is covered
Four steps, one phone call or form submission.
Call or submit a request
Contact the office at (475) 314-3113 or use the appointment request form. Say which service you are considering.
Share your plan details
The team asks for your insurance carrier, member ID and group information as needed. No sensitive history required.
Get an eligibility check
The team verifies eligibility for the specific service and shares what your plan may cover and what to expect.
Decide with full information
You schedule with a clear picture of coverage and costs. Final coverage decisions rest with your health plan.
Payment and financing
Understand costs before you commit
For services that are not covered, the practice is transparent about costs during your consultation. Payment and financing questions are welcomed at the office, and current options, including third-party financing such as CareCredit when available, are reviewed with you directly.
- Cost expectations shared before treatment begins
- Billing handled for participating plans where applicable
- Current financing options explained at the office
Does APRM Solutions accept insurance?
The practice participates with several major carriers, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare. This list is based on information provided by the practice and is subject to verification; call to confirm.
Is every service covered because the practice accepts insurance?
No. Accepting insurance does not mean every service is covered. Wellness infusions, NAD+ therapy and most regenerative therapies are often not covered even at participating practices. The team verifies coverage per service, per plan.
How can I check whether a service is covered?
Call the office or submit the appointment request form with the service named. The team checks your eligibility and explains what to ask your plan. Eligibility and coverage are related but not identical; your plan makes the final decision.
Do you offer financing or payment options?
The practice can discuss current payment and financing options at the office, including third-party options such as CareCredit when available. Ask the team for the current list when you call.
What if my insurance is not on the list?
The list reflects carriers recently seen in the office, not every plan the practice can work with. Tell the team about your plan and they will check whether an arrangement is possible.
Will you bill my insurance for me?
The team handles billing for participating plans where applicable and will explain the process at checkout. For non-covered or elective services, you will know costs before you commit.
